Poem – Where do Dragons Live?
October 28, 2024Poem: Splashed into Vision
October 31, 2024There are memories we have from our past that have never been examined. I’m writing this article to bring clarity from the dark recesses of the mind to light.
Most of the situations I encountered growing up were imposed on me. So, I practiced what I thought life was about without question while lacking in understanding that there were forces that came into play that shaped me. Choices practiced without understanding leaves one in the dark to practice a false life. I later learned that nothing is free and that we pay a price for all actions and words that yield the power of creation towards life or death.
Those who live in falsehoods lie to themselves; the truth is not in them. Finding life uncomfortable or distasteful happens when discernment does not clearly understand the differences between the stability of God’s kingdom of Peace (love) and the instability of chaos (lust). I make this statement: We all live in the belly of a beast world where we pick up addictions to numb the pain of being digested by outside spiritual forces. When acting out, we release energy to reinforce destructive behavioral patterns that further destroy us. This has caused me to question: Are memories truly a part of true or false existence while we live in the darkness of confusion? Isn’t this a dark pit of existence without any light that invites unseen creatures to live within us?
Consider this: when we act out on an addiction, are we drained afterward because we just fed a spiritual force that we can’t see from our pride, which lacks humility?
Essence happens when practicing what is being introduced to us as real in common life experiences. A feather floating in the air, will you ever land to touch with pain, or is pain thy very name? When what is real is never seen outside of confusion, everything becomes trial and error, and when we guess our way through life while agreeing with everybody else, insanity becomes sanity. This is the human experience when trying to understand the spiritual world. The fact that we’re all aging illustrates that we are in a forward motion while riding waves within the instability of time. Most view time as stable, but it is in flux, contributing to the perpetual trial-and-error experience deemed stably sane when it is in motion. There are no absolutes to build reality upon when time is unstable, and here, man justifies that it is okay to be lost in existential philosophy. Do whatever you want to make you happy, for we’re all in the same boat, and there is no stability here.
Yet, there is one person who is full of life and stable. There is a way out of the pit, the belly of the world, as God awakens us from this dilemma. He translates us out of darkness by sewing us line upon line to the fabric of His Eternal-stable-Self with threads from the truth of His kingdom of light until no more confusion remains.
Here, freed from the pit, we walk hand-in-hand with God alive, full of life, which is a lot better than perpetually being drained by dying in a spiritual death.
